Leasing at the Detroit Terraces started in August 2016. Rents range from $1,100 for the smallest studios to about $1,700 for two bedroom apartments.

Inspire’s newest property covers about 0.77 acres at Colfax Avenue and Milwaukee Street.

City Park South

Construction on the Detroit Terraces is scheduled to begin in late April or early May and wrap up by the beginning of April 2016.
